Return Policy
At Indulgences, we make every effort to provide customer satisfaction. We believe you will find our jewelry to be of high quality and workmanship. If you are unsatisfied with an item purchased from our web-site, you may return it as indicated below within the specified time frame and in its original form. Items which have been sized or altered after delivery are non-returnable.
Custom Order and Gemstone Jewelry
(This includes Engagement Rings and Matching Bands, Anniversary Bands, Gemstone Rings, Gemstone Pendants, Gents items with stones, Pendant Slides set with stones, Silver jewelry with stones, Pearl items with gemstones.)
	Return for Store Credit: Custom Order and Gemstone Jewelry may be returned for a store credit only, and is subject to a re-stocking fee of 25% of the full sale price (i.e. the amount of the return credit to the customer will be 75% of the original price). The re-stocking fee is necessary due to the labor, time and expense of setting the jewelry. Subject to the re-stocking fee, Custom Order and Gemstone Jewelry, returned in its original form, and received by Indulgences within 20 days of the date of original delivery will be accepted for a store credit under this policy.
Stock or Standard Order Items:
(This includes platinum, gold or silver bracelets, chains, or earrings without gemstones, Wedding Bands which do not have set stones, other jewelry without gemstones, and special offer inventory items).
	Return for Refund: Stock or Standard Order Items (and special offer items) may be returned for a full refund if received by Indulgences within 14 days of the date of original delivery to customer, and if returned in original form.
	Return for Store Credit: Stock or Standard Order Items (and special offer items) may also be returned for a full store credit, if received by Indulgences within 20 days of the date of original delivery to customer. Items received by Indulgences after 20 days of original delivery to customer, but within 45 days of original delivery to customer will be accepted for return for a store credit subject to a 25% re-stocking fee (i.e. the customer will be given a store credit equal to 75% of the original purchase price).
Returned items must be in the original display box, securely packaged, and insured (we do not guarantee return value for items lost in transit) and mailed, postage pre-paid, to:
